What is a transaction?

A transaction is a trade between two parties. One party offers a product or a service that the other party would like to buy against payment.

A transaction is therefore a money transfer. It is an increase in the seller's bank account, and a decrease in the buyer's bank account.

With bookkeeping, you register your transactions in your accounts. It is part of the Bookkeeping Act that all Danish companies must comply with. According to the Accounting Act, it is also a requirement that the transaction be registered as soon as possible. You can get sparring from our coaches in the area.
