Cash-flow
What is Cash-Flow?
Cash-Flow or cash flow is a statement of the company's deposits and withdrawals.
The cash flow can be used as an indicator of the company's liquidity and how it changes.
The cash flow can e.g. be payments from the company's goods, debtors or payments to long-term debt.
The cash flow can help to tell whether a company is liquid or whether the company needs external financing.
A company can analyze their cash flow via a cash flow statement. A cash flow statement must contain the financial year's cash flow broken down after operating investment and financing activity. In the cash flow statement, the company's cash at the beginning and cash at the end must also be shown.
