What can I help with?

Since 2004, I have been helping managers and entrepreneurs develop their own and their company's potential. Typically, via creative and disruptive thinking, where I as the "devil's advocate" force you to think through and test your ideas, and at the same time open your eyes to alternative routes to your destination.

I work with goal management, vision boards and development in practice. In addition, I am your go-to guy if you are considering starting a business in Dubai or one of the other 6 Emirates in the UAE, and enjoy the weather and a personal tax of 0 🙂

My profile

I am educated in Wholesale Trade, but have since 2004 worked as a management consultant, coach etc. and taught in sales, management, negotiation techniques, efficiency, etc. In addition, I am certified within the entire DiSC palette and have an International Executive Coach certification.

I myself have been on board of several entrepreneurial projects, either as a co-owner, founder, consultant or director - both national and international. Today I live and work in Dubai, where I am a partner in the company GROWU.AE LLC, which primarily helps and develops Danish companies in the UAE.

However, I have approx. 8 days a month in DK too -in addition, I run fixed sparring and coaching courses virtually/online with customers in DK - primarily entrepreneurs. This via www.ajust.life.
